At K.K. Silver, every product is carefully inspected, quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or any other reason after the order has been confirmed.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially crafted products are non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact K.K. Silver as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs and/or videos of the package and product so that we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

Each case will be reviewed individually by K.K. Silver and, where applicable, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.

Where a refund is approved by K.K. Silver due to an eligible issue with the product, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and order terms.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to K.K. Silver.
